Tom Williams
Chairman

Tom Williams, formerly a very successful US Syndicate Trader. He retired from professional trading at the age of 40, taking up a number of commercial ventures during this period.

However, Tom's real ambition was to help traders operate in a more informed way, and this idea formed the basis of his software development company, Genie Software Ltd, 14 years ago.

Tom has spent many years refining the signals in his flagship product, VSA (The forerunner to TradeGuider). Apart from his own expertise, the company also relies heavily on customer feedback to enhance and develop its products.



Gavin Holmes
CEO

Gavins’ role as CEO of TradeGuider Systems International is to set up and manage relationships with resellers and business partners across the globe.

Over the last three years Gavin has become a successful professional trader under the tutelage of Tom Williams, retired syndicate trader and Chairman of TradeGuider.

Gavin travels the world teaching traders and investors how to read a chart correctly by understanding the interrelationship between the volume, price and range/spread of a price bar to determine the activity of “smart money”, and then trade in harmony with the professionals. He is a regular speaker, and an approved educator, for Chicago Mercantile Exchange events both online and live on stage, and is one of the few traders who trades their live account showing VSA set ups, trading them as they appear.

Holmes’ mission is to educate traders and investors to become experts at the lost art of chart reading and to understand the importance of volume, the hidden secret of the markets.

Gavin Holmes is from Southampton in the United Kingdom and lives in Chicago with his family.



J. Sheennan Showers
Chief Operating Officer

Sheennan Showers brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial trading sector to TradeGuider Systems International.  

During this time Showers established himself as a major commodity in the financial trading industry and was heavily recruited by many firms prior to joining the TradeGuider family. He developed several high profile corporate relationships that contributed to his demand in the financial market place. His efficient networking and marketing ability has allowed Showers to establish himself amongst senior executives of major financial corporations, as well as some political and entertainment entities. 

Originally from Philadelphia, Pa. Showers served in the US Navy after school where he was trained to be an aircraft mechanic. He has lived and worked in the San Francisco area and now lives in Chicago where he holds the post of COO for TradeGuider Systems International.  



Richard Bednall
Chief Marketing Officer

Richard's career has involved working with many international blue chip organizations, helping them develop various areas of their business through eCommunication – video, multimedia, web and email marketing. Clients have included Shell, Citibank, Canada Life, CISCO and Mercedes Benz.

He has also been responsible for the development and bringing to market of Vismail – a unique, patented video email system. More recently, Richard has become involved with more strategic sales and marketing projects, with a wide range of blue chip companies. His role in TradeGuider centers around the strategic marketing and direction of the company.



Brad Bedford-Brown
Head of Education

Brad Bedford-Brown is a full time trader. He has close to 3 years study and experience with Tradeguider VSA principals and over 4 years experience in the principals of price action volume trading which led him to Tradeguider.

Forex is his principal trading arena and passion. He will be doing live trading of FX for the London and US sessions. The right hand edge the is the best place to learn."



AJ Robinson
Head of Customer Support

After serving 4 years in the ARMY as a Mobile Communications Specialist, AJ went back to school training as a Computer Controlled Machinist. As a machinist he learned the art of programming and expanded on diagnostic skills and quality control. During this time manufacturing components for companies ranging from Boeing, US Department of Defense, to Toyota. From there further expanded into computer and software technical support and administration for Primate Software.

Working to provide customer and technical support for various trading systems, data quality and control. He was so impressed with Trade Guiders methodology, training, and vision that he accepted the offer to head up the Technical Support operation bringing these various skills and experiences to the team to assist others.



Peter Offen
VSA Club Manager

Peter ran an IT support business and also traded the markets. Living in Worthing, West Sussex on the UK south Coast he looked after the It requirements of Tom Williams. This enabled Peter to learn VSA under the Guidance of the "Master". After several years study Peter is now able to I read the charts and understand the market. He know works closely alongside Tom, helping him to bring his work and knowledge to the VSA Club Community.

Running the VSA Club involves using his core skills of IT and Web development and his love for the charts and his knowledge of their workings.

Peter is married with 3 children, Matt, Rachel and Charlotte and studies law and banking.
One thing that stands out for Peter is that, like many things, being successful is about knowledge and application - this takes effort and experience. It's worth it in the end. As Tom Williams said to me once 'if it was 'easy', everyone would be doing it'.
